Win The Project
Before It Becomes A Bid.
Scayled finds the new plants, distribution centres and data halls coming to your territory while the owner is still choosing who to talk to. The evidence, the scope and the person deciding.
Plant Manager hire, location to be confirmed
Capacity named as a constraint on the earnings call
VP Real Estate appointed from a 3PL
Incentive application filed by a holding entity
Land purchase recorded, design team not named
Utility capacity request reported
Where project databases start. By here, the owner has met the firms it already knows.
Illustrative board. Company names withheld.
By the time a project reaches a bid list, someone already has the relationship. Scayled is built for the months before that.

Every Project.
Before The RFP.
Scayled reads the company, not the permit: capital raised, plant leadership hired, expansion stated to investors, suppliers moving. Signals become one likely facility, with a stage and a confidence level.
Where The Work Is Won.
Every new facility moves through five stages. The relationships are made in the first three. The data most firms pay for starts at the fourth.
Intent
The company signals new capacity. No site, no consultant, no shortlist.
Site Search
A real estate lead is hired or a site selector appointed. The region narrows.
Site Chosen
Land is bought or optioned. The design and delivery team is still open.
Design And Permits
Filings appear. This is where project databases start.
Bid
The RFP is out. Everyone knows, and the spec is written.
4 new projects. 2 moved stage.
Your Week Starts
With The Brief.
Business development lives in email, so that is where Scayled shows up. One brief on Monday, an alert when a project moves, and a record of what you saw first.
What Is On Every Project.
Enough to decide in a minute whether to pursue, and enough to make the first call a good one.
- Facility
- Plant, distribution centre, cold store, cleanroom, data hall.
- Estimated scope
- A size range and a construction value band, marked as estimates.

Questions.
Project databases are built from permits, planning filings and bid notices, so a project appears once it is in the system. Scayled reads the company instead: capital raised for new capacity, plant leadership hired for a location not yet named, expansion stated to investors, suppliers moving. Most firms use both. One hands you the bid. The other hands you the relationship before there is one.
Every project carries a confidence level and every signal behind it, dated, with the source you can open. We write likely because that is what it is. A project that goes quiet is marked as watching rather than removed, and when it turns into an announcement you will have seen it coming.
The states or metros you build in, the facility types you want, and a size floor. A territory is set up from your own website and past projects, and you confirm it before the first brief.
The owner side: operations, real estate, engineering and procurement. When a site selector or developer has been appointed, them too. Every address is verified before it reaches you.
On Feed and Pursuit, another firm in your territory could. Exclusive closes your territory and facility type to everyone else, which is why it is priced the way it is.
Sixty days at $5,000, credited if you continue. We set up your territory, send the Monday brief and agree the success criteria up front, for example ten projects that match your profile. We never promise wins. We promise the pipeline.
